In the first episode of Praating, Van Pletzen talks with Afrikaans rap-sensation and sex symbol Jack Parow. The conversation does not shy away from mental health, porn (dubbed in Afrikaans), mushrooms and various other, formerly-considered-to-be-taboo, topics.

When asked about how they got to produce a show of this magnitude without the backing of a network or channel, Van Pletzen replied: “We are making groot content, and the universe will create ‘n geleentheid for others to join the wave. If no one joins this wave, me and Naxie will claim it and surf it ourselves whilst laughing at reporters that just gets to kyk.”
